Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of application

This policy applies to all bus reservation services contracted through our website.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services when the service has been fully provided or when a specific date or period of performance is agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and refunds

    • Cancellations made at least X days/hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than X days/hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, depending on the costs incurred.

    • If the passenger does not show up at the agreed departure time and location, the reservation will be considered used and no refund will be issued.

    4. Modifications to the reservation

    Changes to the date, time, or route of the service are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

    5. Service cancellations by the company

    If the company cancels the service due to operational or force majeure reasons, the client will be entitled to:

    • A full refund, or

    • A change of date without additional cost. 

    6. How to request a cancellation or change

    To request a cancellation, refund, or change, please contact us at reservas@busleader.es providing your booking number and details.

    7. Refund processing times

    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days after approval.
